At Beauty by Dua, we understand that sometimes changes to your schedule are unavoidable. However, as we reserve your appointment exclusively for you, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment. When you cancel your appointment giving us more than 24 hours’ notice, we can refund you 50% of your deposit.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, no refunds will be given for the deposit.
