At Beauty by Dua, we understand that sometimes changes to your schedule are unavoidable. However, as we reserve your appointment exclusively for you, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment. When you cancel your appointment giving us more than 48 hours’ notice, we can keep your deposit for a future session.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, no deposit can be kept.
